Questions about a program, a correction to suggest, or feedback on the site — here's how to reach us and what we can (and can't) help with directly.
What We Can Help With
- Corrections to program details, eligibility rules, or contact information listed on this site
- Suggestions for organizations, government programs, or states we should add
- Reports of broken links or outdated information
- General feedback on the site itself
What We Can't Help With
Free Laptop Finder is primarily an independent research directory, and we also accept direct applications for a laptop through our own team. For most listed programs, though, we don't make eligibility decisions on that organization's behalf — for help with an application to one of them:
- Contact the specific organization directly using the phone number, email, or website listed on that organization's page
- For Lifeline questions, contact your chosen provider or visit LifelineSupport.org
- For WIOA training questions, contact your local American Job Center
Fastest Way to Get Help
If you're trying to apply to a specific program, the organization's own page on this site includes their direct phone number, email, or website — that's almost always faster than reaching out to us first, since we can't act on your behalf with any third-party organization.
